About Bot Food

The Context Layer for AI.

AI is becoming deeply personal. It will shape how you work, how you plan, how you make decisions. For that to actually work, AI needs to understand who you are. Not in the abstract. You, specifically.

Bot Food Co exists to make that possible. We are building the infrastructure for personal digital memory — a context layer that belongs to the individual, moves across every AI platform, and gets richer over time. We believe this will be as fundamental to the AI era as the browser was to the internet.

The Next Critical Layer of AI

AI models have incredible capabilities. But even the most powerful model gives generic answers when it does not know who it is talking to. The issue is not intelligence. It is context.

Our thesis is simple: context and model should be separate. Today, every AI platform wants you to build your personal context inside their walled garden. OpenAI remembers your ChatGPT conversations. Google mines your Gmail. Each one sees a fragment of your life, and none of them let you take that context with you.

That is a bad deal for consumers. Rebuilding your context library across every AI platform is hugely inefficient. The alternative is lock-in to one provider. Neither option is acceptable.

We believe individuals should own and control their personal context, and that context should be portable across any AI they choose. That is what Bot Food Co is building. Not a chatbot. Not another AI. The context layer that sits between you and every AI you use.

Meet RaLHF

RaLHF (pronounced Ralph) is not a chatbot. He is your personal context assistant. He collects context from everywhere you have it, organizes it into your personal Catalog, and delivers it to whatever AI you are using. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, specialist tools, all of them. You gather your context once. Every AI you use benefits.

Our Principles

Ownership.

Personal context is one of the most valuable assets in the AI era. It should belong to the individual, not the platforms.

Portability.

No walled gardens. Personal context should move freely across AI platforms.

Privacy by Design.

Security, consent, and transparency are foundations, not features.

Open Standards.

Founding members of the Open Memory Alliance, working to establish standards that benefit the entire ecosystem.

The Future of AI is Personal.

Make Sure It Is Yours.

Your context is being assembled whether you like it or not. The only question is who will own it. Start building your RaLHF. Take control before someone else does.
